(“Preston Eastin,” “we,” “us”) collects through prestoneastin.com (the “Site”), how it is used and shared, and how you can reach us with questions. It applies to visitors to the Site and does not cover information collected offline or through any other Preston Eastin or SMX Industrial Solutions brand website.

5. Reviewing or Updating Your Information

If you would like to review, update, or ask us to stop using personal information you have submitted through the Site, contact us using the information in Section 8. We will respond to your request on a reasonable, case-by-case basis.

6. Online Tracking and “Do Not Track” Signals

The Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals. Third parties described in Section 4 — including Google Analytics, and the LinkedIn and Meta/Facebook advertising pixels — may collect information about your online activity on this Site and, in some cases, across other websites over time, through cookies and similar technologies placed on the Site. Our Learning Center pages include standard (not privacy-enhanced) embedded YouTube video players, which may set cookies and collect viewing data as soon as the page loads, independent of whether you play the video.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” below and post the updated policy on this page. Material changes will be reflected here at the time they take effect.
