Walk the floor on Wednesday afternoon and every booth starts to look the same. Ours included.
What makes a booth visit worth your time is whether the person you talk to already knows what you need. Fill out the form and someone here reads your answer before the show. If your question is about a 24,000 lb headstock, we will have the headstock answer ready. If it is about pipe spool throughput, we will have someone who has solved that.
You can also use this form while you are at the show. Scan the code at the booth, tell us what you are working on, and you get a real follow-up from the right person instead of a generic thank-you email three weeks later.
NEW THIS YEAR
The IPWS is a complete pipe and vessel welding cell. Positioner, manipulator, oscillator, and welding system, engineered to work together and delivered as one unit. One call. One quote. One system on your floor.
Most shops assemble this cell out of four purchase orders from four vendors, then spend weeks working out what talks to what. The IPWS skips that part.
| Configuration | Footprint | Positioning | Part No. |
|---|---|---|---|
| IPWS-44-PE-30 | 4′ × 4′ | PE-30 Tilt/Rotate positioner | 9902170 |
| IPWS-66-PE-30 | 6′ × 6′ | PE-30 Tilt/Rotate positioner | 9902172 |
| IPWS-44-HS-50-E | 4′ × 4′ | HS-50-E elevating headstock + jackstands | 9902171 |
| IPWS-66-HS-50-E | 6′ × 6′ | HS-50-E elevating headstock + jackstands | 9902173 |
Four standard configurations. Custom builds available.
Motorized positioning ends manual repositioning between passes. Less operator fatigue, and consistent output from the first joint to the last.
Programmable oscillation controls weave width, travel speed, and dwell time with a precision no manual welder can match consistently. Fewer defects. Fewer re-inspections. Fewer repair cycles.
Precise oscillation reduces over-welding and filler metal waste.
What happens after I submit this?
Someone from Preston Eastin reads your answer and replies within two business days. If you asked for time at the show, we confirm it. If you asked to talk before the show, we set up a call.
Do I have to be ready to buy?
No. A lot of these conversations are people scoping a project a year out. That is fine. We would rather be in the conversation early than pitch you cold later.
Can I bring drawings?
Please do. Prints, photos, a phone video of the problem, whatever you have. It is the fastest way to get a real answer instead of a brochure.
What if I am not going to FABTECH?
Fill out the form anyway and say so in the box. We will set up a call instead.
Who will I be talking to?
Depending on what you need: a robotic solutions director, an engineer, or someone from our leadership team for larger programs.
How long does this take?
Fifteen minutes is usually enough. If you need longer, say so in the form and we will block the time.
Where is the booth?
Booth S44024 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, October 21–23, 2026. Look for the SMX Industrial Solutions booth. Preston Eastin shares it with our partner company Steelmax, so the sign over the aisle will say SMX. We are all in the same place.
Fifteen minutes at the booth, or a call if you are not going. Bring drawings if you have them.
We will use this to prepare for your visit and follow up afterward. We do not sell or share contact information.
