Preston-Eastin turning rolls are designed and constructed to afford the customer many years of safe and dependable operation.

TDRA-TIRA20 Turning Rolls To ensure precise alignment at all center-distance settings, these products have machined and jig-drilled frames. Rubber-tired rollers absorb shock during loading and cushion the load during welding. A steel overload disc (models TDRA-5 and larger) protects the rubber tires from excessive overloads. We also offer optional steel, urethane or phenolic tires (models TDRA-5 and larger).

The final drive gearcase is totally enclosed and constructed entirely of steel. Aluminum-bronze worm gears provide maximum strength and durability to the final drive.

In addition to the standard models, Preston-Eastin will custom-design turning rolls to meet the customer's needs.
